UC DAVIS: ACCOUNTING & FINANCIAL SERVICES, MATERIEL MANAGEMENT DIVISION October 9, 2008 DEANS, DIRECTORS, DEPARTMENT CHAIRS, AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS RE: Faculty Dress, Fall Commencement 2008 In preparation for fall commencement, faculty gowns, caps, tassels, and UC Ph.D. faculty hoods are available at no cost and can be picked up from "will-call" at the Central Storehouse, or delivered to the department for a nominal charge. Please go to http://capsandgowns.ucdavis.edu/ and list the names of individuals from your department who will attend the ceremony and the academic attire they will require. If you require a hardcopy order form, need to arrange for delivery, or have questions, please contact Terry Chase at (530) 752-9184. YOUR ORDER MUST BE RECEIVED AT CENTRAL STOREHOUSE NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2008. It is the responsibility of each individual to return his or her gown, cap, hood and tassel to the Special Events room adjacent to the commencement ceremony area. M.D., Ph.D., Master and Bachelor robes are available.
