UC DAVIS: Fleet Services April 23, 2007 DEANS, DIRECTORS, DEPARTMENT CHAIRS, AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS (Davis Campus Only) RE: State of California Voyager Fleet Cards for University Vehicles University vehicles have in their key pouch a State of California Voyager Fleet Card. This card is used for purchasing fuel, oil, and emergency repairs while traveling away from the University. These cards will expire on May 31, 2007. Vehicle Coordinators or drivers of leased/assigned vehicles should stop by the Fleet Services' Dispatch Office to pick up their new Voyager Fleet Card(s) as soon as possible. If you prefer, the next time your University vehicle comes through the fuel islands, we can issue a new card at that time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). When picking up your new card, you will need to turn in your old Voyager Fleet Card. If your card is lost, you may request a replacement by calling (530) 752-5023 or by coming by the Dispatch Office at Fleet Services.
