UC DAVIS: BOOKSTORE March 1, 2007 DEANS, DIRECTORS, DEPARTMENT CHAIRS, AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS Re: Rental Form for Academic Hoods, Spring Commencement 2007 All faculty and administrators who hold a degree from another university or any UC degree other than a Ph.D. and are planning to take part in the Spring Commencement ceremony must make reservations for an academic hood rental through their department office by April 24, 2007. Rental fee is $20, recharged via departmental billing ID. A separate rush-handling charge of $10 per hood will be added to all hood orders received after April 24. Faculty members should return the hood at the collection station at the ceremony or to their department contact for return via campus mail.
