UC DAVIS: Operations and Maintenance August 09, 2006 DEANS, DIRECTORS, DEPARTMENT CHAIRS, AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS (Davis campus only) RE: Operation Clean Sweep Beginning Monday, August 14 through Friday, September 29th, UC Davis Operations and Maintenance in cooperation with Accounting and Financial Services Material Management will implement the Clean Sweep Campaign. This program will target abandoned items and items in violation of the fire code in building corridors, loading docks, trash and recycling enclosures. All of these items will be identified by a large notification tag two weeks prior to removal beginning Monday, August 14th. If not claimed by property owners within the time frame indicated on the notification tag a collection crew will remove items free of charge for appropriate disposal, salvage, or recycling.
