UC DAVIS: ACCOUNTING & FINANCIAL SERVICES, MATERIEL MANAGEMENT March 21, 2006 DEANS, DIRECTORS, DEPARTMENT CHAIRS, AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS RE: Faculty Dress, Spring Commencement 2006 In preparation for Spring Commencement, faculty gowns, caps, tassels and UC Ph.D. faculty hoods are available at no cost and can be picked up from will-call at the Central Storehouse, or delivered to the department by Central Storehouse for a nominal charge. Please go to http://ucdmm.ucdavis.edu/SpecialServices/CapsGownsProd/ and list the names of individuals from your department who will attend the ceremony and the academic attire they will require. If you require a hardcopy order form, need to arrange for delivery, or have questions, please contact Vern Nickell at (530) 752-9309. YOUR ORDER MUST BE RECEIVED AT CENTRAL STOREHOUSE NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, APRIL 21, 2006. It is the responsibility of each individual to return his or her gown, cap, hood and tassel to the Special Events room adjacent to the commencement ceremony area. M.D., Ph.D., Master and Bachelor robes are available.
