UC DAVIS: ACCOUNTING & FINANCIAL SERVICES August 30, 2005 DEANS, DIRECTORS, DEPARTMENT CHAIRS, AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS RE: DELAY OF MAIL DUE TO HURRICANE KATRINA The US Postal Service (USPS) has informed us that mail to and from zip codes in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida will be delayed due to the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Additionally, Federal Express, United Parcel Services (UPS) and other express carriers are experiencing similar service interruptions to affected areas.
