UC DAVIS: MATERIEL MANAGEMENT DIVISION October 26, 2004 DEANS, DIRECTORS AND DEPARTMENT CHAIRS RE: Faculty Dress for Fall Commencement -- December 19, 2004 In preparation for Fall Commencement, faculty gowns, caps, tassels and UC Ph.D. faculty hoods are available at no cost and can be picked up from will-call at Central Storehouse, or delivered to the department by Central Storehouse for a nominal charge. Please go to http://ucdmm.ucdavis.edu/SpecialServices/CapsGownsProd/ and list the names of individuals from your department who will attend the ceremony and the academic attire they will require. If you require a hardcopy order form, need to arrange for delivery, or have questions, please contact Vern Nickell or Steven Train at (530) 752-9309. YOUR ORDER MUST BE RECEIVED AT CENTRAL STOREHOUSE NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2004. It is the responsibility of each individual to return his or her gown, cap, hood and tassel to the Special Events room adjacent to the commencement ceremony area. M.D., Ph.D., Master and Bachelor robes are available.
