UC DAVIS: Student Housing October 11, 2004 DEANS, DIRECTORS, DEPARTMENT CHAIRS, AND CAMPUS ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS Re: Conference Housing Information Conference Housing, a unit within Student Housing, is offering accommodations in Primero Grove to UC Davis Affiliates. The description below explains the types of accommodations offered along with services provided. Also, below is our web page for your general information and guidance: http://www.confhsg.ucdavis.edu/UGR.htm During the academic year, guest resident accommodations are located in Primero Grove, an apartment style residential complex on the north side of campus. Apartments are available in studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedroom configurations. Each bedroom is furnished with a twin-sized bed. Guests in two, three, and four bedroom apartments will share a kitchen and bath. Academic year accommodations are priced at $50 per person, per night and include amenities such as full breakfast, daily bed making, towel exchange, and local phone service (a phone card is required for long distance calls.) Internet access is available through a modem connection to your service provide. All Primero Grove apartments have a patio or balcony, central heating and cooling, and a full kitchen with dishwasher and refrigerator (kitchenware is not provided.) Living room and bedroom spaces are fully carpeted and the complex includes a laundry room, reading room and barbecue area.
