UC DAVIS: MATERIEL MANAGEMENT DIVISION October 27, 2003 DEANS, DIRECTORS, DEPARTMENT CHAIRS, AND CAMPUS/UCDMC ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS RE: Campus Storehouse Closing for Inventory The Campus Storehouse will be closed Wednesday and Thursday, November 5th and 6th, for the annual physical inventory. All Storehouse stock orders that are received by noon on Tuesday, November 4th, 2003, will be filled before the inventory. However, orders received on November 5th and 6th will be filled and delivered beginning November 7th. Please note that Office Supply Catalog orders will continue to be processed and delivered as normal. The Supply Express Store will remain open throughout this time. Supply Express is located south of parking lot 41; the hours are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday. Supply Express offers a full assortment of stationery, janitorial, and laboratory products. The Storehouse closing is necessary so that we may comply with University audit procedures.
