UC DAVIS: Office of Resource Management and Planning November 15, 2002 DEANS, DIRECTORS, DEPARTMENT CHAIRS, AND CAMPUS ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS Re: West Entry Parking Structure and Office Building - Extension of Comment Period The West Entry Parking Structure (WEPS) and Office Building Project includes the construction and operation of a parking structure, roadway improvements to support the parking structure, and an office building. The project would be located in the central campus at UC Davis along Hutchison Drive between La Rue Road and Bioletti Way. A previous notice describing the project and the comment period was distributed for public and agency review on October 18, 2002. The 30-day comment period for the project's Initial Study was scheduled to end on November 18, 2002. Due to a request from campus faculty and staff, the comment period will be extended to 5:00 p.m. on January 15, 2003. Copies of the Notice of Intent and Draft Tiered Initial Study for the proposed project are available during normal operating hours at the UC Davis Office of Resource Management and Planning in 376 Mrak Hall on the UC Davis campus; at Reserves in Shields Library on the UC Davis campus; at the Yolo County Public Library, 315 E. 14th Street, Davis; at the Vacaville Library, 1020 Ulatis Drive, Vacaville; and online at http://www.ormp.ucdavis.edu/environreview/. Copies of all documents referenced in the Draft Tiered Initial Study are available at the UC Davis Office of Resource Management and Planning in 376 Mrak Hall on the UC Davis campus.
