UC DAVIS:ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL SERVICES October 14, 2002 DEANS, DIRECTORS, DEPARTMENT CHAIRS, AND CAMPUS/UCDMC ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS RE: Campus Storehouse Closing for Inventory The campus Storehouse will be closed Wednesday and Thursday, November 6th and 7th, for the annual physical inventory. All orders that are received by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, November 5th, 2002, will be filled prior to the inventory counts. However, orders received on November 6th and 7th will be delivered beginning November 8th. Our Supply Express Store will remain open throughout this time. Supply Express is located south of parking lot 41; the hours are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday. Supply Express offers a full assortment of stationery, janitorial and laboratory products. The Storehouse closing is necessary so that we may comply with University audit procedures.
