Re: Traffic Restrictions on Dairy Road

The Chilled Water Distribution project continues to extend chilled water
piping. Dairy Road will be affected as follows:

* Dairy Road north between Hutchison Drive and Tercero Hall Road will be
closed to all traffic beginning Monday, October 8, 2001. Dairy Road will
reopen Monday, November 5, 2001. Ingress and egress to Parking Lot 40 will
be available through Parking Lot 41. Tercero Hall Road and the Dairy
Cattle Facility will be accessible via Dairy Road south. Dairy Road south
at La Rue will be made available for two-way traffic.

* The intersection at Hutchison Drive at Dairy Road will be limited to
single-lane traffic, in both directions, from 9 AM to 4 PM beginning
Monday, October 15, 2001, through Friday, October 26, 2001. The
intersection will be plated at night for normal traffic in both directions.
Construction through the intersection will be completed by Sunday, October
28, 2001. Flaggers will be posted to direct traffic.

Traffic control and warning signs will be posted. A temporary security
fence will be installed along Dairy Road.
