UC DAVIS: University Outreach & International Programs December 19, 2000 DEANS, DIRECTORS, DEPARTMENT CHAIRS AND CAMPUS ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS Re: Creation of a Campus K-12 Web Site During the Chancellor's Fall Conference this year, we determined it was important to centrally showcase campus K-12 Outreach activities. After much discussion, it was determined that a central web site with links to all K-12 Outreach program web sites was an efficient and technologically effective method of doing this. The Office of University Outreach and International Programs volunteered to provide and maintain the web site following development. Therefore, my office is in the process of developing the campus K-12 Outreach web page. I encourage members of the campus community involved with K-12 Outreach to assist in development of this web site by sending a web site address and brief paragraph explaining the program to my office in care of Gina Anderson, MSO, University Outreach and International Programs. Please feel free to forward information to Gina by campus mail or electronic mail (gina.anderson@ucdavis.edu).
