RE:  Campus Storehouse Closing for Inventory

The campus Storehouse will be closed Thursday, November 11, and Friday,
November 12, 1999, for the annual physical inventory.  All orders including
Dictaphone and electronic orders placed by 2 p.m., November 10, 1999, will
be promptly filled prior to inventory counts.  However, the orders received
after 2pm on November 10, 1999, will be delivered on November 15, 1999.  

Our Supply Express store (752-5980) will remain open during this time.
Supply Express is located south of parking lot 41; the hours are 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.,
Monday through Thursday, and 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. on Friday.  Supply Express
offers a full assortment of stationery, janitorial and laboratory products.  As
always, for items that are not stocked at Supply Express, emergency orders
can be arranged by calling the Storehouse at 752-0370.  

The closing of the Storehouse during this inventory is necessary in order to
comply with University audit procedures. As always, your cooperation in
