RE:    Delays on Hutchison Drive and Orchard Road for Vehicular, Bicycle
and/or Pedestrian Traffic July 26, 1999 through August 31, 1999

A new sewer pipeline is to be placed across Hutchison Drive to serve the La
Rue Student Housing project. Expect delays between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 5:00
P.M. beginning August 2, 1999 through August 9, 1999. Traffic will be open in
both directions with one lane closed at a time when necessary. Traffic control
will be provided and warning signs posted.

Bike paths west of La Rue Road, serving Health Sciences Complex, will be
partially closed for three hours in three locations. The bike path east of the
Recreation Hall will be closed August 9, 1999 through August 30, 1999. Warning
signs will be posted.

For installation of new gas and cable lines the dirt road portion of Orchard
Road will be closed to all vehicular, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic. Delays
expected to begin July 26, 1999 through August 30, 1999. Traffic control will
be provided and warning signs posted.
