Re: Cal Aggie-Davis Summer Blood Drive

Please consider donating blood during the Summer blood drive on Wednesday,
June 30, and Thursday, July 1, 1999, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Freeborn Hall.
Blood donations are greatly needed to help prepare for the expected high-usage
July 4 weekend. All types of blood are needed.

To donate blood, you must be at least 16 years old, weigh 110 pounds or more,
and be in generally good health. Remember to eat and drink plenty of fluids
prior to donating blood, and bring a picture ID for identification purposes.

All staff, faculty, students, and alumni are members of the Cal Aggie-Davis
Community blood program, which provides members and their families with 100
percent coverage for blood and blood costs.

Departmental release time is appropriate for staff wishing to donate. Thank
you for your help in promoting and participating in this event and for your
ongoing concern about healthcare in our community.
