RE: Recruitment for Dean-Division of Humanities, Arts, and Cultural Studies 
      and Director-Division of Education

I write to announce the recruitment for two critical academic leadership 
positions: Dean-Division of Humanities, Arts, and Cultural Studies and 
Director-Division of Education. In each case, the Dean or Director is the 
chief academic officer of the Division, with responsibility for academic 
leadership and management of resources. Both the Dean and Director 
contribute to campuswide policy development through participation on the 
Council of Deans and Vice Chancellors.

As always, we seek to identify diverse pools of candidates with strong 
records of accomplishment. Please help us identify persons with the ability, 
motivation, and background to meet the challenges of these positions by 
sharing this announcement with faculty and staff in your department and 
by nominating qualified persons.
