RE:	CANADIAN POSTAL STRIKE

Mail service to Canada has been temporarily interrupted due to a strike by
Canadian postal employees.  Items shipped by Express Mail will continue to
be delivered.  All other mail destined for Canada should be held at
individual departments until the strike is over.  A directive will be sent
out as soon as the strike ends.
