RE: UNITED PARCEL SERVICE LABOR CONTRACT AGREEMENT 

We have been informed by the United Parcel Service (UPS) representatives 
that UPS management and the union have a tentative labor contract agreement. 
As a result of this agreement, effective Wednesday, August 20, departments 
will be able to utilize UPS ground service.  However, UPS Guaranteed 
Services (time sensitive) cannot be guaranteed until Friday, August 22.
